324 Meetings Booked in 2025

 

Just got my Calendly year-in-review email, and I had to share this milestone: 324 meetings booked in 2025.

That's more sales conversations than I've ever had in a single year.

What I Learned

No-shows are part of the game, but they're also a symptom.

Sure, some people will always ghost a scheduled meeting. But when no-shows pile up, it's usually because I didn't do enough on my end to make sure they'd show up.

My pre call process includes a confirmation call, 4 reminder emails, and text messages. The effort results in more attended appointments.

Sales is a volume game.

More meetings equal more conversations. More conversations equal more sales. Simple but not necessarily easy to do.

Looking ahead

Running paid ads and learning on the fly has been one of the best forcing mechanisms for growth. 324 meetings later and I'm excited about what I’ve learned along the way.

I'll break down the full strategy another day. I just wanted to document the win and a couple of lessons that came with it.

Here's to even more meetings in 2026.
