Just got my Calendly year-in-review email, and I had to share this milestone: 324 meetings booked in 2025. That's more sales conversations than I've ever had in a single year. No-shows are part of the game, but they're also a symptom. Sure, some people will always ghost a scheduled meeting. But when no-shows pile up, it's usually because I didn't do enough on my end to make sure they'd show up.

In this video, I show how I’m setting up a simple automation that takes new Meta ad leads from a Google Sheet and automatically adds them to an email sequence in Kit. I use Zapier to connect the Google sheet to our lead email sequence. The goal is to have a hands-off follow-up system where every new lead is added to an email sequence within minutes. The main call to action is for the lead to book a call to complete their application into our program offer.
